    RoomAssistant is an ambitious startup that helps hotels achieve their business goals, such as customer satisfaction, profit growth and efficiency of processes via a smart, versatile, user-friendly app platform. Our team consists of experienced people who have been working together several years. We launched several successful projects that are used daily by thousands of people. Our job is our hobby, so we approach it with joy.

    We don’t want to give just a tool. Our philosophy forces us to teach hotels how to use the tool efficiently. This is the reason why education and development of application are on the same level when it comes to importance. We believe in value of long-term relationship in which we treat our customers as our friends. Their satisfaction, and the increasing number of the new ones, confirms the correctness of this idea.

    We participated in the Entrepreneurial Idea of the Year 2014 competition. Our app was ranked in the top 15 of 425 participants.
